1. Credit Repair Services

Due to the nature of credit repair services, which involve time, expertise, and third-party communication (e.g., with credit bureaus), all sales are final once work has begun.

However, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial payment if no work has been started on your file.


2. Notary Services

All notary service payments are non-refundable once the appointment is completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.


3. Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or canceling within 12 hours may result in no refund and a rebooking fee for future appointments.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Service not rendered due to our error
  • Technical issues during online transactions
